All levels welcome. As you may know, yoga means: union of the mind and body.
This class will be our yoga for the mind.
Come join us in our first introductory class. We will explore the power of the mind. When negative thought patterns creep into our daily lives, it can literally be the very thing that keeps us from discovering how powerful we are. As we learn how to change old worn out beliefs, words and perspectives we make way for lives of success, health, abundance and overall greater happiness. As we let the magic of new thoughts enter, we begin to discover our limitless selves. This class will be a discussion based class with a bit of meditation and deep breathing. Please wear regular yoga clothing and bring your mat! If you have something comfy to sit on like a meditation cushion or bolster, you are welcome to bring that as well!
