“The attitude of gratitude is the highest yoga.” ~ Yogi Bhajan When we consciously bring more gratitude into our lives, our focus then moves from one of lack to one of abundance. As we move from lack and step away from the feeling of needing more, we become content with what we already have. Funny thing is, as soon as our minds are on what we do have, more abundance naturally flows our way. Feel free to bring friends and family even if they are not currently taking yoga classes. Dress comfortably; bring a mat or meditation pillow, as we may also do a bit of Chi Kung breathing and meditation.
